Ignacio stands out for his activity and knowledge in international tax matters, regularly advising foreign investors with interests in Spain and viceversa. He has 17 years of experience in providing tax advice to companies and large estates.
He holds degrees in Law, Economics and Business Administration and Management from the University of Seville, with an Adv. LLM (Cum Laude) in International Tax Law from the University of Leiden (Holland) and a Masters in Tax Consultancy from the Instituto de Estudios Cajasol.
In his extensive professional career he has worked both in Spain, where he was a partner in Montero Aramburu Abogados, and in other prestigious international firms in Holland and Luxembourg.
Ignacio teaches postgraduate courses at the Universities of Leiden and Maastricht and at the Instituto de Empresa. He is an honorary collaborator of the Tax Law Department of the University of Seville and gives courses and conferences both in Spain and abroad (Belgium, Portugal, Colombia, Panama, India, Malaysia, Indonesia). He has also published articles in specialised international journals and collaborated as an author in collective, foreign and national works, always in the field of international taxation.
