Honorary President and Founding Partner of Ceca Magán Abogados in 1973. Renowned labor lawyer and distinguished member of the most important professional associations in the Spanish legal sector. Author and co-author of numerous legal books and articles. He received the National Calvo Sotelo Award for the best academic record in the1968-1973 promotion, and was ranked first in his class at the former National Social Security Institute (INP). He was also vice-president of the National Association of Labor Lawyers (ASNALA) and vice-president of the National Committee. He is currently a corresponding member of the Royal Academy of Jurisprudence, of the advisory board of Economist & Jurist, of the Spanish Forum of Labor Lawyers (FORELAB) and a member of the International Corporate Lawyers Club (CIAC). He is also a member of the Academic Council of the Fundación para la Investigación sobre el Derecho y la Empresa (FIDE).
