CECA MAGÁN Abogados has been a member of the jury to select the Forbes list of the 100 best CEOs in Spain in 2022. The firm has participated along with five other relevant companies from different sectors and activities such as ESADE, Forética, Hill + Knowlton Strategies, Azvalor Asset Management and RSM.
In addition to a turnover of more than 500 million, other criteria for choosing the components of this ranking have been the strategies used by these CEOs in their respective sectors to face the adversities of the last year in the economic and social sphere.
Topping the list of the best CEOs in Spain this year was Miguel Fluxá, Chairman of the Iberostar Group. He is followed in the Top 5 by: María Dolores Dancausa of Bankinter; Juan Roig of Mercadona; José María Álvarez-Pallete of Telefónica; and Gonzalo Gortázar of Caixabank. In this 10th edition of its list, Forbes has expanded the ranking of Spain's best CEOs from 50 to 100.
