CECA MAGÁN begins a new chapter with the appointment of Enrique Ceca as Executive Partner

This move is part of the evolution of the company's governance model, which is aimed at strengthening operational efficiency, internal cohesion, and long-term sustainable growth, following the company's achievement of more than 30 million euros in revenue.

Under this new structure, Esteban Ceca strengthens his position as Managing Partner, assuming strategic and institutional leadership of the firm, while Enrique Ceca takes on the role of Executive Partner, focusing on operational management, cross-functional coordination, and excellence in service delivery. Both will be supported by the Management Committee and the Board of Directors, bodies that will play a key role in defining strategy, overseeing growth, and consolidating the firm’s long-term business plan.

As part of this evolution, CECA MAGÁN has agreed to further open up its equity system, making it easier for new partners to join, with the goal of strengthening commitment to the shared project and moving toward a more collective and aligned model.
