CECA MAGÁN Abogados served as corporate counsel for the seller in the sale of Nutrition & Santé’s organic and plant-based business to Grupo Apex

CECA MAGÁN Abogados served as corporate counsel for the seller in the sale of Nutrition & Santé’s organic and plant-based business assets in Spain to Alimentos Sanygran (Apex Group).

The transaction includes the acquisition of the Natursoy brand, the production plant in Castellterçol (Barcelona), and the distribution network for organic brands associated with the business. It also includes the integration of the teams involved in the business, strengthening Alimentos Sanygran’s position in the plant-based protein value chain and in the specialized organic food channel.

This transaction is part of Nutrition & Santé’s strategic refocusing on its core brands and priority segments, while enabling Alimentos Sanygran—a company within the Apex Group—to strengthen its industrial and commercial capabilities within the plant-based food segment.
