Alejandro Alonso Dregi, partner of the commercial area, has been appointed Secretary General of the Hispano-Moroccan Court of Arbitration. The appointment was made at the conference "Arbitration in the economic relations between Morocco and Spain: A means to promote joint investment", held last Wednesday, November 22, 2023 in Casablanca (Morocco) and promoted by the Court itself.

This event also aimed to stimulate economic relations between Spain and Morocco within a framework of legal security. The session was inaugurated by H.E. Together with our commercial lawyer, Javier Sanz (Economic and Commercial Counselor), Javier Íscar de Hoyos (CHMA President), Tarik Mossadek (CHMA Arbitrator) and Houda Benghazi (CHMA Vice-President) were also present.

We congratulate Alejandro for this appointment. He has extensive expertise in commercial arbitration, both nationally and internationally. In addition, he already holds other secretarial positions such as that of the Franco-Spanish Chamber of Commerce.
