Noemi Brito


Noemí is a lawyer specialising in Digital Law and has a Master’s degree in Telecommunications Law and Information Technologies from the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.

She is a recognised national expert with more than 15 years of experience in legal counselling for companies, who began her professional career as a legal officer and responsible for European and international projects managed by the network of Spanish Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

Currently, she focuses her activity on the design and development of business strategies and intelligent projects, as well as real time management, protection and exploitation projects on data, assets and corporate information based on disruptive and innovative technologies.

She is part of several national and international organizations. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of National Experts in Digital Law (ENATIC), where she also coordinates its Corporate Commission. She is also co-responsible for the Digital Law Group of the Spanish chapter of the “European Law Institute” (Spanish ELI Hub), as well as a member of the European Artificial Intelligence Alliance (European Commission), the Operating Committees of the Data Privacy Institute-ISMS Forum Spain and the Spanish chapter of CSA-ES (Cloud Security Alliance). She is also a member of the Steering Committee of the ICT Section of AEADE (European Arbitration Association).

She is also a lecturer in different universities and prestigious business schools in postgraduate courses associated with new technologies, such as the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (UC3M), the Universidad de Salamanca (USAL), the Universidad Europea, the Universidad Internacional de la Rioja (UNIR) and the EOI (Escuela de Organización Industrial), among others. She has participated as author in several publications, books and specialized magazines on privacy, cybersecurity, Big Data, AI (Artificial Intelligence) and algorithmic businesses, among other matters related to data economy and, in general, digital change management.

A regular contributor to social and digital media, she actively participates as a speaker at various events and opinion forums on technological trends and their impact.
