LABOR AND EMPLOYMENT
Ana Gómez Hernández has more than twenty years of experience in labor law, having worked in top law firms, highlighting her great specialization in procedures related to collective bargaining, social security, and numerous litigation before labor and administrative litigation courts, advising on more than a thousand labor operations.
She holds a law degree from the Autonomous University of Madrid, with a Master’s Degree in Business Law from the Garrigues Studies Center.
Ana has been recognized as one of the most influential women in Spain in 2019. She is the current president of the prestigious Employment Lawyers Association of Spain (ASNALA). In parallel, it is worth highlighting her teaching side, being professor of the Master’s Degree in Access to Law at the King Juan Carlos University, and a member of the Spanish Labour Forum (FORELAB) and the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), developing a wide range of activity giving lectures. She is the author of numerous legal publications, and a regular contributor to various media and legal publishers of recognized prestige.
