Senior Lawyer of the Labor Department. After studying for the competitive exam to become part of the Higher Corps of Labor and Social Security Inspectors, Puy joined CEF/UDIMA, where she was the Labor and HR Manager. After that, she made the leap and began practicing the law.
Throughout her professional career she has combined her research and teaching functions with her role as regular advisor to top-level companies, both national and international, and in the public and private sectors. Her role as a consultant has allowed her to learn first-hand the problems that can arise from labor legislations and how to offer optimal solutions after a careful study of the details of each case.
Puy is Juris Doctor from Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and obtained the highest possible grade: cum laude. She has received many awards, the most important of which are the Award to Young Researchers given by publisher La Ley and AEQUITAS, awarded by the General Notaries’ Council.
She is a tenure professor at Universidad a Distancia de Madrid, associate professor at Universidad Rey Juan Carlos and regular lecturer in several courses and seminars on Labor Law.
