TECHONOLOGY, INNOVATION AND DIGITAL ECONOMY
Ingrid González is a lawyer specialized in Digital Law, and official master in Administration and Electronic Government by the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, she has a degree in Law by the University of La Laguna, finishing her studies in the Universitat de Barcelona.
She teaches at the Canarian Institute of Public Administration (ICAP), as well as tutoring the New Enterprise Tutoring Programme of the Chamber of Industry, Commerce and Navigation of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, in addition to being a member of the European Artificial Intelligence Alliance (European Commission).
Ingrid specializes in legal advice for the comprehensive management of data and the management of the risks associated with it, both in the private and public sectors. With regard to the public sector, it stands out for its legal advice in the implementation of Electronic Administration; adaptation and implementation of the European General Regulation on Data Protection, exercising -even- DPD functions in several Public Administrations; the management of projects regarding Transparency of public information, as well as Big Data and Open Data projects. In the private sector it has specialized, among others, in integral adaptation to personal data protection regulations; the management of privacy projects from the design stage; corporate advice on privacy matters; the detection of needs and the preparation of strategic plans with assistance in the implementation of security measures and the implementation of Electronic Commerce.
